In our 2022 Future of Work survey, 87% of UK companies say they’re finding it hard to fill positions. A third feel the skills gap is widening. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives are one part of the solution. Not only do they open up deeper talent pools, but Gen-Z, Millennial and even Gen-X candidates expect to learn about authentic DEI efforts early when considering potential employers.
